- According to Department of Education(2018) there is a systemic bias that starts very early in preschool for Black American males, they are suspended 3.6% more than their White peers.
- A shortage of highly effective preschool and schools for Black students.
- Nearly 2 out of 4 Black preschoolers' lives in poverty.
